Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our agile logistics team, a person who is also open to learning order taking procedures for customer base. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments, ordering windows and doors for customers, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and maintaining high standards of safety and organization. Your proactive approach will help streamline order fulfillment, support warehouse distribution, and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain. Duties

- Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and accurately selecting items through order picking and order fulfillment processes
- Maintain precise records of all shipping and receiving activities, including documentation from warehouse distribution systems
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock organization to support warehouse distribution efficiency
- Support e-commerce order processing by picking, packing,



and preparing packages for shipment in a timely manner
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed during load & unload activities and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Experience

- Previous warehouse experience with a focus on shipping & receiving is highly preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
- Experience with order picking, packaging, and load & unload procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes within e-commerce or retail settings is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
