Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Plumbing Technical Sales Representative to support the growth of our plumbing product lines. This position combines outside sales, technical plumbing knowledge, product training, demonstrations, and customer support.

The ideal candidate has practical plumbing experience, is mechanically inclined, enjoys working directly with customers, and can confidently explain, demonstrate, and troubleshoot plumbing products.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, plumbers, plumbing wholesalers, builders, designers, and architects.

· Promote and sell plumbing products to existing and prospective customers.

· Work with architects, designers, builders, and contractors on product specifications and product selection.

· Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers, contractors, wholesalers, and sales teams.

· Provide technical support and assist customers with product, installation, and troubleshooting issues.

· Help resolve customer and product issues in a professional and timely manner.

· Visit job sites, customer locations, wholesalers, and industry partners as required.

· Identify new sales opportunities and help develop recent customer accounts.

· Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, product presentations,



and industry events.

· Travel throughout the territory as required.

Qualifications

· Plumbing experience or strong knowledge of plumbing products and installations.

· Previous experience in plumbing sales, wholesale, contracting, or a related industry is an asset.

· Strong mechanical aptitude; being hands-on is a definite benefit.

· Comfortable demonstrating products and troubleshooting technical issues.

· Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.

· Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Location & Schedule

Candidate should be based in the Lower Mainland, BC, with North Vancouver or surrounding areas being ideal. Regular working hours are generally 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday; however, this is not a fixed schedule. Flexibility is required depending on customer meetings, travel, training, and business needs.

Travel

Travel is required as part of the position, including local customer visits, depending on business needs.

Compensation

Salary is competitive and will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
