Tasks include financial support, medication management, and implementing Individual Support Plans. It's a flexible position that requires availability across various shifts, ensuring residents get the quality care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with task assignments under Team Lead direction
- Aid clients in financial planning and tax preparation
- Develop and implement Individual Support Plans and Person-Centered Plans




- Facilitate weekly medication setups and reconciliations
- Conduct home inspections for compliance

Requirements:

- High school education or equivalent
- 2-year Community College Diploma or relevant experience preferred
- Experience in social services with developmental disabilities is an asset
- Valid G driver's license and police clearance required
- Strong organizational and communication skills needed
