About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Communications to spearhead the development of a next-generation communications function. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand's presence, with a focus on earning media rather than paid. This includes owning the earned media strategy, building and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of media, and identifying opportunities to engage with cultural moments and trends. The VP will also oversee corporate and executive communications, ensuring that the brand's story is communicated effectively and in line with its consumer-first approach.

Communications role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in communications leadership, with a proven track record in brand management and earned media. The role requires a candidate with established relationships across various media and influencer channels, as well as experience in corporate, executive, and crisis communications.
A consumer-brand mindset and the ability to operate in a credibility-sensitive category are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a sharp writer, and a solid leader, capable of building and leading a high-performing communications team.
