Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent service in a rapid-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean kitchen.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests.




- Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools.
