In this leadership role, you will combine your expertise in transportation and business development to foster client relationships and enhance project delivery. You are expected to actively engage with clients, spearhead proposals, and ensure the quality of engineering practices through mentorship and oversight. Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and maintain key client relationships to grow project portfolio • Lead proposal development with innovative and technical insights • Conduct technical reviews ensuring quality and adherence to standards • Mentor team members fostering a collaborative setting • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables efficiently

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in civil engineering • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience • Licensed P.Eng. in Alberta, additional licenses are assets • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills • Excellent communication and project management abilities
