Key Responsibilities:



• Define maintenance strategies to prevent asset failures • Develop specifications for repairs and replacements • Troubleshoot performance issues of critical assets • Support planning of work packages and task lists • Conduct root cause failure analysis to enhance availability

Requirements: • 15 years of experience in maintenance and industrial sectors • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field • Professional Engineer designation is required • Experience with condition monitoring techniques • Familiarity with Reliability software and maintenance planning
