Medallia is seeking a Portfolio Lead to manage a dedicated customer portfolio within the Engagement Track of our Customer Services Organization. You will act as the "CEO" of your book, overseeing people, performance, finances, outcomes, and health, while scaling a team of Engagement Managers.
In this role, you will partner with Sales, Product, and Support to achieve retention and expansion. You will lead with vision, governance, and strategic client advisory to drive value for leading brands.
