We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire Claim Center and Policy Center for large-scale P&C; Insurance implementations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leading development teams, solution design, integrations, and client-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Guidewire Claim Center and Policy Center implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Drive technical design, architecture, and code reviews.
- Lead onsite/offshore teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Manage Guidewire upgrades, integrations, and production support activities.

Required Skills

- 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of Guidewire experience.
- GOSU, PCF, Rules, Data Model, Workflows
- Extensive integration experience using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- MuleSoft / Integration Platforms
- Kafka/Event-based Integrations (preferred)
- Strong Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL, and Cloud experience.




- Deep understanding of P&C; Insurance business processes.

Preferred

- Experience with Guidewire Cloud and Billing Center is a plus.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Full-time: The pay range for this role is CAD140k – CAD180k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
