As a coach at Chicopee, you will provide race instruction to athletes while fostering a safe and inclusive workplace. Your responsibilities include developing training plans, ensuring athlete safety, and providing individualized feedback. Whether working with U8 to U19 athletes or adult participants, this role emphasizes long-term athlete development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective coaching tailored to age and skill level
• Maintain certifications and safety standards consistently




• Organize attendance and athlete development records
• Communicate with students and parents for feedback
• Ensure safety during all training and events
Requirements:
• Certification in good standing with Alpine Canada
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physically able to lift up to 20.4 kg and work outdoors
• Bilingualism is considered an asset
• Flexibility for evenings and weekend coaching
