Your Role

- Perform various account openings and updates in Capital Markets transaction systems in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures.
- Process a high volume of requests while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Respond effectively to client and stakeholder inquiries by providing professional and courteous service.
- Identify user needs, assess issues, and make recommendations to optimize processes while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Ensure the accuracy of data and transactions within operational systems.
- Contribute to the analysis of the performance of tools, systems, and processes.

Please note that, to meet our clients' needs, this position operates from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR a college diploma (DEC) with three years of relevant experience.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining speed and accuracy.
