The ideal candidate will have significant experience in high-volume cooking environments and a solid understanding of HACCP guidelines. Responsibilities include preparing various food items, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The position offers a wage of $23 per hour and a rotation of 28 days in and 14 days out.
