Your mentorship and licensing path

You will begin in a supervised support role, follow a structured mentorship program and take on more responsibility as your knowledge grows. You will be expected to work toward the appropriate RIBO or OTL licence and transition into a broker role once properly licensed.

What you will learn and do

- Support licensed brokers with client files, documentation, follow ups and service
- Learn our systems, workflows, insurance products, carrier requirements and compliance standards




- Gather and organize client information and prepare files for review by licensed staff
- Participate in structured training, coaching, licensing preparation and progress reviews
- Build the communication and technical skills needed to advise clients professionally
- Take on greater client and business development responsibilities after becoming licensed
