What You Will Be Doing
The part that you play in this organization
Read blueprints: Interpret complex shop drawings, measurements, and project specifications.




Operate machinery: Use routers, plunge routers, mortising routers, planers, beveling equipment, compound mitre saws, sanders, jointers, and standard hand or power tools safely.
Build components: Cut, route, drill, and shape wood to create custom slabs, frames, and panels.
Assemble systems: Glue, screw, clamp, and fasten door parts together while ensuring proper alignment and squareness

We Need These Skills & Experiences
All the things youre valuable at because youve done most of these before
Experience building traditional style-and-rail doors is a nice to have
1-2 years experience with joining, planning, shaping, fitting, and assembling hardwood components will be a significant asset.
Strong knowledge of hardwoods, hardwood construction, and woodworking practices.
Excellent measurement and layout skills.
Proficiency with routers, plunge routers, mortising routers, planers, beveling equipment, and compound mitre saws.
Ability to work accurately from measurements and drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Location
Role is located near Pearson Airport, Toronto.
Regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, although the hours are flexible . Occasional overtime as required.
