The successful candidate will be a licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and possess one to three years of litigation experience as well as experience attending court, ideally with a focus on Creditors’ Rights law and enforcement of judgments. It will be advantageous if the candidate also has experience in mortgage enforcement matters. Additionally, French speaking skills will be considered an asset.



New calls with valuable litigation experience are also encouraged to submit an application for consideration.
