Solstice Health, Inc. is hiring a Senior Member of Technical Staff (Applied AI) in Toronto to own the technical direction of our AI systems, including retrieval, generation, verification, and evaluation. You will influence product strategy and build end-to-end ML/LLM capabilities in production. You’ll work closely with the VP of Engineering and co‑founders, shaping architecture and hiring while leading Toronto engineering efforts and aligning with the Recent York team.
