This full-time role in the Office of Signature Learning Experiences (OSLE) involves managing partnerships for community and industry engagement, especially in work-integrated learning (WIL). You will develop and oversee a strategic engagement model, working closely with academic units and external organizations. This position is essential for enhancing UCalgary's reputation and providing high-impact opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop partnership engagement strategy for Signature Learning Experiences • Collaborate with international partners for global learning opportunities • Supervise and mentor a Partnerships Specialist • Review agreements and recommend data-driven improvements • Foster integration of learning experiences into degree programs

Requirements: • Graduate degree or equivalent and 3+ years in partnership engagement • 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred • Robust knowledge of WIL and student mobility practices • Excellent project management and communication skills • Proficiency in Office365 and data analysis tools
