Identity Digital is seeking a Manager, Business Operations in Toronto, ON. You will plan resource allocation, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate with the VP of Product & Engineering to ensure timely, high-quality Registry work. You will lead a global team located in Toronto and Dublin, oversee SOPs and workflows, drive operational milestones for product launches and registry enhancements, and push for process improvements and stakeholder alignment.
