Key Responsibilities:



• Review quarterly financial statements per US GAAP and IFRS • Present quarterly results to senior management effectively • Manage relationships with various service providers • Oversee fund operations, including liquidity and forecasting • Analyze complex accounting issues for recent acquisitions

Requirements: • University degree and CPA/CA designation • Minimum seven years in finance/accounting roles • Experience in private funds preferred • Strong knowledge of investment management processes • Excellent leadership and analytical skills
