As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers visiting our service department. You will help schedule appointments, explain recommended maintenance and repairs, provide updates, and ensure every guest receives a positive and helpful service experience.

Responsibilities

Greet service customers in a professional and welcoming manner

Schedule service appointments and manage customer check-ins

Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle service needs

Communicate recommended maintenance and repair work clearly

Provide customers with updates throughout the service process

Coordinate with technicians and the service team





Review completed work and invoices with customers

Support a smooth, efficient, and customer-first service experience

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills

A positive attitude and professional approach

Good organization and attention to detail

Ability to work in a busy dealership environment

Team-focused mindset and willingness to learn

Automotive service experience is an asset, but not required

Valid driver’s licence
