This role is pivotal for LoopX as you partner closely with the CEO to establish key financial frameworks and internal processes. You will own budgeting and forecasting while providing the leadership team with critical insights into performance and growth infrastructure. Your hands-on approach will help steer the company through uncertainty, driving both operational and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own budgeting and forecasting with the CEO
• Lead preparation of board materials and performance insights
• Track financial metrics, identifying trends and risks
• Build internal systems for real-time business performance
• Improve workflows across finance and operations
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in operations, finance, or strategy roles
• Experience with startups from Seed to Series A
• Strong financial acumen and operational execution skills
• Proven adaptability in quick-moving environments
• Excellent communication and structured thinking
