As a Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in the Brookfield Infrastructure Finance and Operations team, reporting to the Vice President of Finance. You will also oversee valuations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Review quarterly financial statements per US GAAP and IFRS • Present quarterly results to senior management effectively • Manage relationships with various service providers • Oversee fund operations, including liquidity and forecasting • Analyze complex accounting issues for new acquisitions

Requirements: • University degree and CPA/CA designation • Minimum seven years in finance/accounting roles • Experience in private funds preferred • Robust knowledge of investment management processes • Excellent leadership and analytical skills
