Join Chelsey Park Retirement Home in London, ON as a Part Time Housekeeping Aide. Support our residents by maintaining a clean and sanitized setting during your shift from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
As a pivotal member of our team, you will report to the Environmental Service Manager. This role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and ensuring all areas are welcoming and functional. In addition, you’ll be responsible for stocking necessary supplies and maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for the residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the property
• Wash and stock towels, washcloths, and hand towels
• Pick up and empty trash containers regularly
• Load and operate the washer and dryer as needed
• Notify maintenance for any issues in the facility
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and professional in conduct
• Must complete a negative vulnerable sector check
