Merrithew is seeking a Sales Support & Customer Service Coordinator in the Scarborough/Toronto area to manage daily Merrithew.com orders, handle in-bound inquiries and provide sales support across teams. This role requires a hands-on, high-volume service mindset and collaboration across departments.
The ideal candidate has post-secondary education with 2+ years in phone sales and customer service, solid CRM knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
