Reporting to the Manufacturing Shop Operations manager (MSO), the Production Supervisor (PS) will be responsible for the operational performance of his/her hourly team.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college OR Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record to deliver results.
- Effectively demonstrate leadership behavior skills and motivate employees.
- At least 3 years of supply chain experience.
- Excellent communicator, decision-maker, cooperative.
- Ability to work effectively on a team and serve as a positive change agent
- Advanced trouble shooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Planning & organizational skills.




- Flexibility to support second shift and other shifts as business needs require.
