Farm Boy in Mississauga is seeking a Department Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional food and service experiences. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, coordinate scheduling and payroll, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
The role requires a culinary management background, 1+ year of supervisory experience, and solid organizational skills. Evening/weekend availability is expected. Fluency in English with French a plus.
