Enhance production efficiency as a Packaging Changeover Technician on the night shift with our Operations Team. Work to support equipment changeovers and setups in a quick-paced Bottleshop environment.
This full-time, permanent role reports to the Packaging Manager. You will be responsible for executing equipment changeovers along the production line, performing basic mechanical adjustments, and ensuring compliance with both Company and Government quality standards. Your mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills will play a critical role in optimizing the Bottleshop’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete timely equipment changeovers per production schedules
• Adjust and align equipment components for various packaging formats




• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to maintain efficiency
• Verify settings after changeovers for production readiness
• Communicate equipment issues to supervisors for maintenance
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude with tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently on night shifts
• Positive communication skills and problem-solving ability
