GEI is seeking an experienced professional with 5–10+ years in water resources engineering to strengthen our Land Development practice. This role involves applying your technical skills in hydrology, stormwater management, and low-impact development across various projects. You will take on leadership responsibilities, provide mentorship, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex water resources projects from concept to implementation
• Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models for stormwater management




• Ensure compliance with Ontario design standards and regulations
• Mentor junior staff to enhance team capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to progress projects through approval
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering
• 5–10+ years of progressive skilled experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
