NDT Global seeks a Cyber Security Specialist to enhance governance, risk management, and compliance programs. Contribute to cyber resilience while aligning with CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001 standards.
This role is crucial for those experienced in cybersecurity governance and risk management. You will implement frameworks, lead risk assessments, and develop key policies to bolster our cyber posture. Collaborate actively across IT and business units focusing on incident response and compliance, ensuring alignment with global regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance frameworks • Lead enterprise risk management and reporting initiatives • Collaborate on incident detection and incident response practices • Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOC 2, and other regulatory standards • Design and conduct employee cybersecurity awareness programs
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in GRC roles • Advanced cybersecurity certifications preferred • Proficiency in English; German is a plus • Experience with CIS, NIST, or ISO frameworks
