This role requires effective multitasking under time constraints to support the mortgage broker network successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review mortgage loan-related legal and third-party documentation
• Liaise with brokers, borrowers, and investors for required documents
• Analyze and compare received documentation against commitment terms




• Manage the closing process and ensure investor requirements are met
• Conduct post-funding reviews and resolve open issues
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Office Administration preferred
• Experience in commercial real estate fields an asset
• Proven analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High detail orientation under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
