As a Special Event Coordinator, you'll gain hands-on experience in event operations, stakeholder relations, and customer service while facilitating a vibrant celebration of music and art. Working closely with festival staff and volunteers requires creativity and strong organizational skills, ensuring an unforgettable experience for the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate festival events and activities
• Develop project plans, schedules, and event materials
• Collaborate with sponsors for participation coordination
• Provide onsite event support during the festival
• Manage volunteers at various event sites

Requirements:
• Proven event management experience
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media
• Friendly demeanor with customer service focus
• Must be between 15-30 years old
