The Signature Learning Experience Office is hiring a full-time Coordinator to enhance transformative student learning opportunities. You will report to the Manager, Programs & Innovation, and collaborate closely with academic leaders, handling project coordination linked to institutional strategic initiatives. This role demands strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of academic governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate strategic projects with Academic Directors
• Provide logistical support for meetings, initiatives, and engagements




• Serve as a liaison between academic and support teams
• Prepare documentation for project meetings and grant proposals
• Facilitate engagement activities and staff development sessions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in project management
• Experience in a university setting with governance systems
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools
