Requirements: • 8+ years in HVAC or mechanical service industries • Hands-on diagnostic skills with heat pumps and HVAC systems • EPA 608 certification and preferably NATE certification • Experience managing warranty programs and manufacturer relationships • Familiarity with field service management platforms
