- Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profileand high risk projects for OPS I⁢ initiatives.

- Ensures project deliverables meet clients’ business requirementson time, scope and budget

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Must Haves:

- Proven experience in product planning and lifecyclemanagement.

- Skilled in defining and executing product vision andstrategy.

- Ability to gather and prioritize customer and businessrequirements.

- Proficient in creating and managing detailed productroadmaps.

- Experience with OPS project assessments (e.g., TRA, PIA) andfinancial analysis for multi-year projects.

- Skilled in managing project life cycles using tools like Jira,Trello, Microsoft Project, Kanban, and Azure DevOps.

Nice to have:

- Prior OPS/Public sector exp.

Skill Set Requirements:

Product Management Experience:

- Proven experience in product planning and lifecyclemanagement.

- Skilled in defining and executing product vision andstrategy.

- Ability to gather and prioritize customer and businessrequirements.

- Proficient in creating and managing detailed productroadmaps.

- Experience with OPS project assessments (e.g., TRA, PIA) andfinancial analysis for multi-year projects.

- Proven ability to manage multi-year, multi-million budgetprojects, including stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and scopecontrol.





- Expertise in formulating business and technicalrequirements, solving business problems, and defining product visions andgoals.

- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams forproduct delivery.

Technical, Deployment and Project Integration Skills:

- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

- Skilled in managing project life cycles using tools likeJira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Kanban, and Azure DevOps.

- Proficiency with online collaboration tools such as Miro,Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Confluence, Trello, Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom,and Slack.

Documentation Skills:

- Experience creating privacy, financial, communication, andIT documentation including business cases, Privacy Impact Assessments, ThreatImpact Assessments, and Requests for Service.

- Experience in creating Agile methodology artifacts such asroadmaps, release plans, epics/features/user stories.

Public Sector Experience:

- Experience with public sector ITIL processes includingincident management, release management, problem management, support models,etc.

- Familiarity with the PMO Stage Gate process as implementedin the Ontario Public Sector.

- Experience with Service Ontario/Ministry of Government andConsumer Services business processes, gating procedures, project managementrequirements, and business rules.
