Bird Construction is seeking an Estimator for our Mississauga, ON office. The role involves developing accurate estimates from budgeting through contract letting for major projects (50+ million). You will solicit subcontractor pricing, analyze bids, and contribute to preconstruction planning and value engineering. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of hands-on estimating experience, robust knowledge of tendering and negotiation, and proficiency with InEight and On-screen Takeoff.
