APHL Inc is seeking a Full-Time Repairs & Maintenance Technician to support housing projects in Kings County, PEI. Bring your residential repair expertise and attention to detail to ensure high-quality maintenance work.
In this full time, temporary role, you will cover various residential maintenance tasks in the area. Successful candidates will have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle access, and proven experience in repairs, painting, and carpentry. This role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing job needs throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform residential repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Manage multiple projects effectively on the job




• Use personal tools to conduct repairs and renovations
• Operate smartphone technology for job management
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
• 3 years of residential repairs and maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Capability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Background check clearance prior to employment
