Responsibilities Be a True Partner. You will manage large project teams responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets. You will develop strong partnerships and working relationships at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
Collaborate and Connect. You will identify cross‑functional resources critical to project objectives and build diverse collaborative teams to drive business success. You will lead and influence initiatives and projects to provide strategic insights which enable efficient execution of project deliverables and milestones, including managing the full life cycle of projects.
Think Like a Client, Act Like an Owner. You will provide analysis and status reports of the project, including business case, ROI, and post‑project review. You will assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.
Create and Innovate. You will provide recommendations and suggest best practices with the expectation of always creating an exceptional client implementation experience. You will use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to approach new situations.
Qualifications At least 10 years of project management experience and/or continuous improvement experience.
Prior work experience leading medium to large cross‑functional and/or multi‑year projects from concept to delivery.
Solid knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
Guide and inspire others in a consultative approach and drive collaboration and client focus with the project team and internal partners.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability).
Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills and ability to apply basic concepts in new situations.
Independently and collaboratively work in a team (including matrixed environments).
Coach, train,
and mentor team members with less experience.
Must be bilingual in French and English.
College degree is an advantage but not required.
Experience noted above or military experience is also acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications Industry expertise in HCM and ability to apply best practices through in‑depth client consultation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with Financial Force, Anaplan, Confluence, or similar tools.
Experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Industry and/or knowledge of payroll.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, HCS or similar.
