ENWIN Utilities Ltd., is currently accepting applications for the position of
Human Resources Co-op Student (4 months)
($21.82 per hour, includes 4% vacation pay)

Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, the successful applicant will provide a range of general recruitment, engagement, and administrative support within the Human Resources Department.
The hours of work for this in-office position are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Participating in the recruitment life cycle.
Maintaining the integrity of our Learning Management training system.
Producing key performance indicators of the Attendance Management Program.
Assisting with various special projects including researching and developing reports.
Supporting Corporate Social and Wellness Programs including brainstorming ideas, creating promotional event materials, and implementing initiatives.
The successful applicant must possess the following qualifications:
Current enrolment in a university or college Business Administration Coop program.
Concentration or focus within Human Resources is preferred.
Strong research, accuracy, communication and writing skills.
Experience working with a variety of computer systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and the Canva graphic design program are considered assets.
