We are looking for motivated Line Supervisors to grow our kitchen leadership team. At Earls, we refer to our Line Supervisors as Coaches. Coaches are hands-on kitchen leaders who help keep the team moving, support service, maintain our standards and play an important role in developing the people around them. Our ideal candidate has strong kitchen fundamentals, a commitment to teamwork and a desire to learn and grow.
If you're an experienced cook ready to take the next step in your kitchen career, we'll help you develop your leadership skills. Previous supervisory experience is not required!
As a Coach, you will: Work alongside your kitchen team to keep the line organized, communicate clearly and deliver consistently high-quality food.
Lead by example with consistent quality control and a commitment to safety and cleanliness.
Coach and support your team. Share your knowledge, support the development of fellow cooks and build your leadership skills through training and mentorship.
Use your communication and multitasking skills to respond to challenges and help keep the team moving.
Bring care and attention to every dish through great execution and an unwavering commitment to quality.
What we need from you: 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience and strong line cook fundamentals.
Previous leadership experience is an asset, but not required
A passion for culinary experiences and a commitment to teamwork and fun
A positive attitude, robust work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
An interest in coaching others and growing into a kitchen leadership role
A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching and mentorship
The ability to legally work in Canada
