In this role, you will support the AI Enablement Technical Lead while coaching client teams on effective AI integration within their workflows. You'll focus on instilling review ethics and troubleshooting environmental frictions to ensure optimal utility of AI capabilities. Your expertise will guide various technical roles in validating AI-generated outputs against engineering standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor technical staff on AI validation and coding practices
• Support AI adoption across multiple client teams
• Diagnose and surface environmental frictions impacting AI tools
• Collaborate on AI knowledge base and reverse-engineering tasks
• Facilitate the integration of AI with existing enterprise tools
Requirements:
• Solid software delivery experience across tech stacks
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools
• Good communication skills for coaching skeptical personnel
