UHN is searching for an experienced Social Worker to join its Social Work team in the Supportive Care Department. In this permanent, full-time role, your responsibilities will encompass conducting psychosocial assessments, planning interventions, and providing supportive counseling for patients with gynecological cancers. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and adapt holistic care plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
• Assess financial needs for caregiver advantages




• Formulate and implement treatment plans
• Liaise with community agencies for resources
• Provide supportive counseling for patients and families

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Social Work (M.S.W.)
• Minimum three years of related experience
• Membership with Ontario College of Social Workers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
