Greet and welcome patients in the clinic and through calls

Interpret optical prescriptions accurately from the optometrist
Measure frames and faces for proper eyewear fit
Manage billing and payments for services and products Requirements:
Previous optical or retail experience is an asset
Ability to multi-task in a busy setting
Proficiency in technology and MS Office Suite
