Oversee timely processing of vendor invoices within Ramp
Manage communication for payment inquiries and employee reimbursements




Prepare weekly payment runs and maintain audit trails
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and vendor records
Enforce policy adherence and improve financial workflows

Requirements:
2+ years in accounts payable or financial operations
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial systems
Solid understanding of US/local tax requirements
