As the Lead Pastor, you will be pivotal in shepherding the church and developing its mission locally and globally. Your role includes preaching, leading strategic initiatives with elders, and fostering leadership within the pastoral staff. This position demands a deep commitment to scripture and an ability to mentor emerging leaders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preach and teach as the primary voice for the church
• Champion Westwood's mission and strategic vision
• Oversee and develop the pastoral and ministry staff
• Provide pastoral care and equip elders for shepherding
• Engage in budgeting and serve in church governance

Requirements:
• Meets biblical qualifications for pastoral roles
• Graduate theological training preferred
• Significant experience in multi-staff pastoral settings
• Solid leadership and team-building skills
• Credentialed or eligible with BCMB Conference
