Key responsibilities include executing the Municipal Development Plan, reviewing planning applications, and fostering key relationships with regional partners and school boards. This role emphasizes collaboration, strategic oversight, and the guidance necessary to influence urban development effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Execute the Municipal Development Plan strategically
Review various planning applications for compliance




Foster relationships with regional partners and school boards
Prepare reports for the Subdivision and Development Appeals Board
Conduct data analysis for land use planning decisions Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Planning or related field
Minimum five years' planning experience
Registered Professional Planner (RPP)
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
