Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice to senior leadership and staff
Draft and negotiate complex intellectual property agreements




Lead the review of commercialization and data use agreements
Analyze sensitive legal issues in research contexts
Collaborate with teams to enhance legal process efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelor of Law (LLB/JD) required
Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience
Practicing member of Nova Scotia Barristers' Society
Expertise in commercial agreements and IP law
Solid research, analytical, and advocacy skills
