This contract role is for a Mill - Reliability Engineer based in office in Kamloops, BC. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and improving equipment reliability, conducting failure analysis, developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance programs,



and troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance mill performance and reduce downtime.Qualifications
Expertise in Reliability Engineering and Reliability Centered Maintenance methodsStrong Analytical Skills and experience with Failure AnalysisProficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical and operational issuesAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferredExperience in the mining or heavy industrial sectors is an asset
