CareSimple is seeking an Accounting & Finance Analyst to enhance our financial operations across Canada and the U.S. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals early in their finance careers, offering direct exposure to financial operations. Reporting to the COO, you will be integral to the full accounting cycle, managing tasks from client billing to month-end close.

Key skills such as Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to understand revenue data are essential as you collaborate with various departments including Operations and Product. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in month-end accounting close tasks
Prepare and validate client billing based on usage
Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations




Maintain financial data accuracy in QuickBooks Online
Support audit preparation and compliance documentation

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
Robust Excel skills, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Attention to detail and robust organizational skills
High-energy and initiative-driven mindset
