Welcome visitors and respond to donor inquiries promptly
Process donations accurately and maintain donor profiles




Ensure data integrity and produce user-friendly reports
Engage donors through outreach calls and updates
Coordinate special occasion communications with donors Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience with donor databases
Proven skills in data accuracy and CRM platforms
Solid interpersonal and phone communication skills
