In this role, you will handle calls and texts, address Member inquiries, and ensure timely resolutions. This position offers afternoon and overnight shifts, requiring weekend availability as needed, as the service operates 365 days a year.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls and texts within assigned queues - Provide first-call resolution for Member issues - Deliver a member-centric approach to call handling - Integrate solutions-oriented methods for complex inquiries - Escalate complaints to appropriate channels when required
Requirements: - Completion of post-secondary education - Minimum 2 years in customer service - Robust communication and multitasking abilities - Familiarity with Ontario/Manitoba roadways - Dedicated high-speed internet connection required
